Please read these terms carefully before using the a71bat platform. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
⚠️ Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a71bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the a71bat platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the a71bat platform at https://a71bat.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and use the a71bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. We operate a strict minimum age policy and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted for personal use.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any territory on our restricted jurisdictions list.

a71bat reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or utility bill. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the outcome of the verification process.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a71bat platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, a71bat reserves the right to close all but the original account, withhold any funds held in duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings accrued through those accounts.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any person who gains access to your account — is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. a71bat will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to receiving your report.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account details, including your registered email address and payment method information, are kept current and accurate. a71bat will not be liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
a71bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time, subject to operational conditions.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (or as otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction).
- Minimum withdrawal: As displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
- Withdrawal processing: Requests are reviewed and processed within one business day, subject to identity verification and fraud screening requirements.
- Currency: All transactions on the a71bat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Fees: a71bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
All funds deposited into your a71bat account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review. a71bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the source of funds in connection with any transaction.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, a71bat may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time, unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotions system, or in breach of these terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
All players are expected to use the a71bat platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or wagering in patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.
- Software manipulation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of third-party software designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract an unfair advantage from the platform.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting a71bat support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
7. Game Rules and Outcomes
All games available on the a71bat platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are provided by third-party studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other interruption affecting a game round, a71bat will follow the affected game provider's established malfunction policy. a71bat does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to any game or service and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical average for each game and do not guarantee individual session results. Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed.
8. Responsible Gaming
